In France, nine million people are over 75 years of age and 35% will fall during the year, representing more than three million people. The loss of autonomy that can follow depends essentially on the time spent on the ground and therefore on the response time of the rescue. The daily difficulties of Alzheimer's disease (wanderings, forgetfulness, but also frequent falls) or those related to autism are also affected by the need for emergency relief. The alert given by "SOS citizens" is triggered by one of the following 4 events:

•  Voice recognition of a type Cry "Help!"
•  Repeated shaking of the phone in case of panic
